Medically unexplained somatic complaints (MUSC) are a common phenomenon in primary care settings, and they pose challenge to clinicians terms of diagnosis management. MUSC refers the presence physical symptoms that not attributed any known medical or organic cause. These can significantly affect patients’ quality life impose substantial burden on healthcare systems. In real-life clinical practice, managing requires multifaceted approach includes thorough evaluation, psychoeducation, collaborative care. The management should start with establishing good rapport patient understanding their concerns beliefs about symptoms.
